1. Select a ring that fits the desired finger.

2. Measure the inner diameter of the ring (mm).

3. Use the following table to determine the size and size.

If you don't have rings available, this is the second option.

1. Get a string or a piece of paper about 6 cm long.

2. Wrap the string or paper around the base of the finger where you want the ring to go. It should be snug but not too tight.

3. Mark the point on the string or paper.

4. Measure the length.

5. Use the following table. This is your ring size.
