What payment methods are available?

We have the following payment methods: Debit/Credit Card and Paypal. The cards we accept are: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express and other international credit cards.

Why can't I pay with my credit card?

Your card may have expired or reached its limit, which you should notify your bank as soon as possible. Many of the error codes that usually occur are due to expiration and, in addition, not having the secure purchase option activated with your bank.

Is it safe to pay by card?

Of course. Card payments are processed by the Caixabank gateway, which guarantees total security in payments at all times. If you want to use Paypal, security is also fully guaranteed.
