Can I return my order?

Hand Soul Bcn accepts returns:

It is essential that the products to be returned are in perfect condition and without evidence of use, otherwise we will not be able to process the requested return. The request must be made within 14 business days from the delivery date, otherwise the return cannot be made. The customer will be responsible for shipping the products to our facilities with appropriate packaging to ensure that the products arrive in perfect condition. We suggest using the original packaging. Once the product arrives at our facilities, we will proceed to refund the full amount of the products. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

In the event that the products have been received in poor condition or any error has occurred on our part, Hand Soul Bcn will assume the replacement of said item at its own expense.

Can I exchange my items?

Appropriate packaging must be provided so that the items arrive at Hand Soul Complements Bcn in perfect condition (you can use the same packaging in which you received it).
