Can I return my order?
Hand Soul Bcn admits returns:
It is essential that the products to be returned are in perfect condition and without evidence of use, otherwise we will not be able to process the requested return. The request must be made within 14 working days from the date of delivery, otherwise the return cannot be made. The customer will be responsible for shipping the products to our facilities with the proper packaging to ensure that the products arrive in perfect condition, we suggest using the original packaging. Once the product arrives at our facilities we will proceed to reimburse the total amount of the products. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
In the event that the products have been received in poor condition or there has been any error on our part, Hand Soul Bcn will assume the replacement of the item at its own expense.

Can I exchange my items?
Changes are accepted without problem. It will always be essential that the products that want to be changed are in perfect condition and without evidence of use. Otherwise, the change cannot be made.
