Most of our jewels are made one by one with great care in Sterling Silver / 925 Silver and semi-precious stones such as Moonstone, Labradorite stone, Citrine, Larimar, Aquamarine… Some of them you can also get 18k/24k gold plated, between 1 and 3 microns thick depending on the piece.

We try to replace most of our jewels as soon as we run out of stock, but be very careful because, above all, our MUSTs fly as soon as they arrive. So we 100% recommend that you leave us your email on the product page where it says ” let me know when it comes back “, so we can notify you automatically as soon as we have it available again.

It is also important that you know that there are some collections or specific pieces that are LIMITED EDITION and as soon as they are sold out, unfortunately they do not come back!

Yes. There are jewels that we no longer have on the web but that we may have in our Showroom. We can also do some special orders, as long as it is in our hands of course! SHIPPING

Yes, you can see the updated status of your order in real time. To do this, open the shipping confirmation email that we send you once your order leaves our facilities, and through the tracking number provided and the following link , you will be able to track your order in real time. At the moment we ship worldwide! Except for Australia (unfortunately) due to problems we have had with the country’s customs.

At the moment our national shipments have a price of 5.00 euros (shipping 24 hours to the peninsula, approximately 72 hours to the Balearic Islands and 4-5 days to the Canary Islands); and 6.50 euros for international shipments.

At Hand Soul Bcn, for orders over 100 euros of purchase, shipping becomes free, both for national and international shipments!

We work with the transport company Correos Express with 24-hour shipping for all shipments to the peninsula (both shipments to Spain and Portugal).

For shipments outside the peninsula we work with Correos España, with shipments by registered letter with tracking number to be able to locate the package easily.

At Hand Soul Bcn we promise to process the admission of your order within a maximum period of 24 working hours.

Once it leaves our facilities, the delivery time of the package will depend on where it is going, below we provide you with the approximate times:

To Spain and Portugal mainland: 24 working hours on the day of admission.

To the Balearic Islands: 72 working hours on the day of admission.

To the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Gibraltar: 5 working days after admission.

To international destinations other than the Portugal peninsula: 8-15 working days after admission.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Hand Soul Bcn admits returns:

  • It is essential that the products to be returned are in perfect condition and without evidence of use, otherwise we will not be able to process the requested return. The request must be made within 14 working days from the date of delivery, otherwise the return cannot be made. The customer will be responsible for shipping the products to our facilities with the proper packaging to ensure that the products arrive in perfect condition, we suggest using the original packaging. Once the product arrives at our facilities we will proceed to reimburse the total amount of the products. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • In the event that the products have been received in poor condition or there has been any error on our part, Hand Soul Bcn will assume the replacement of the item at its own expense.
  • To make any of these arrangements, please contact us through our customer service email  [email protected] and we will explain in detail how to make the return.

In Hand Soul Bcn changes are accepted without problem. It will always be essential that the products that want to be changed are in perfect condition and without evidence of use. Otherwise, the change cannot be made.

To make the change, the appropriate packaging must be provided so that the items arrive at Hand Soul Bcn in perfect condition (you can use the same one in which you received it).
